The minimum you can loan is £25,000.

3 months is our minimum term you can loan for. However, this depends on what property projects are currently available. Some projects require only a 3 month loan whereas some give you the option to loan for 1-3 years.
You have the option to ‘roll’ your loan from one project to another. This would allow you to earn 10% year on year. -
As standard, we offer a facility loan agreement and a personal guarantee. Depending on the loan amount and property project, we may be able to offer you a charge against the property.

Property investment always comes with a risk, but as your loan is not dependant on the property’s sale or refinance, then the risk is minimal. Your loan is secured against a particular property only.

Apart from in the extreme boom time for property prices, there are always property strategies and opportunities to take advantage of. Our vision is long-term and we always have several exit plans for each property deal making them flexible and secure.

We offer you the option to loan against our property projects, whereas Property Owl is the entity that is investing. This is the safest way to be involved in property investment without the hassle or added risk but still receive high returns!

Annual Percentage Rate. Property Owls interest rates are all APR.
This means that at 10% APR, you receive the full 10% return if your loan is for 12 months. If the loan is for 6 months, you’d receive half of the full 10% return. -
There are no fees to partner with Property Owl. We will also pay for the BACs transfer when you transfer your loans.

Unless you want legal advice or you want a charge against the property project you loan against, then no.

Yes, you loan to Property Owl and it is secured to the particular project that we will have discussed.
If there are multiple property projects available you can choose which one you wish to loan against but ultimately, they all offer the same 10% return (or 8% if you chose the monthly interest return option). -
Some projects finish early and some finish late. We always try to add a buffer time to our projects for any unexpected surprises. We’ll be completely transparent with you throughout the process.

Anywhere in the country is a good place to invest if you know your market. But yes, North Wales is a great place to invest. Places like Anglesey, Llandudno and Wrexham all have large investment projects that will boost residential and holiday accommodation needs.

Yes! If you don’t know, these are common pension schemes which gives you some flexibility on investing your pension and they’re tax-free.

Bridging Loan
